All of them are consultants capable of performing various functions: from developer to team lead or tech lead to architect. Never pinned down in one specific role, as the role always depends on the assignment. Variety = advantage

Supported by the AllPhi overhead team

As a software developer, much of your time will be spent at the client’s location. But that doesn’t mean you have to fend for yourself. Technical or practical support - you will get what you need from the overhead team.

Consultant Team

Technical support & soft skills guidance. Each branch of AllPhi has a Regional Unit Team consisting of the Regional Unit Coach and the Regional Unit Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for your supervision and the arrangement of practical matters. The coach provides technological guidance for you. They are your points of contact. Your superiors are the CEO and CFO. You can also approach them with all your questions.

Sales Team

The Sales Team looks for assignments that are a good match with our consultants. It constantly liaises with companies to ascertain their needs and challenges regarding software development. It is an indispensable team as, together with the assignment profile, their searches serve as the Regional Unit Team starting point for matching consultants with assignments.

Administrative Team

This is an umbrella team that supports consultants, the Regional Unit Team and the Sales Team. The Administration & Marketing Team differs from these other teams in that they are not bound to a specific region. Moreover, this 4-member team is the mainstay of our consultants and Regional Units. They are at home in every area, including finance, payroll, fleet & facility, marketing, legal, administration and more.
